This is more that just a regular check up. Sponsored by Centerpoint Energy you get much more than just a regular check up. You get a Regular Heater Check Up plus finding out how much every you system actually uses (SEER), what the actual capacity you system is operating at (just because it say X tons does not mean it putting out X tons) and checks to air volume (want to get rid or the cold and hot spots?)  Cost a little more than a regular check up but does so much more. Service Agreement Customers that would like this service pay just $20 extra.

 REGULAR CHECK UP

This check up is very comprehensive. We are going to check your entire heating system. We will check and clean the burners, check the gas valves, evaluate the vent system, check gas input, set burner adjustments, set manifolds pressure, check flame, check combustion chamber, check heat exchanger, test thermocouple,check draft and blower motors and check for Carbon Monoxide. If you are a Service Agreement Customer you pay $ 0.
