Energy Evaluation

You Need to Have This Done 

We offer an energy evaluation of your home sponcered by Centerpoint Energy. We come in an check your system to see how much energy it uses. We do a Heat Load calculation which tell what size air conditioning and heating system your home needs. We also do a duct sizing calculation to make sure you system has the proper air flow.

Warranties

10 year parts and labor warranties now on most air conditioning systems. 10 year no lemon warranties available. 10 year warranties on Water Heaters Thermostats, Air Cleaners, UV lights, Garbage Disposals, etc... Warranties on A.C and Heating system and equipment install with in the last 5 years extended up to 10years, even if we didn't install it !!!

Service Agreements

We offer a service agreement that covers that Spring A/C  Check Up and Fall Heater check up. This is a very through check. Along with this agreement you get a 10 % discount on all services and repairs. 24 Hour emergercy service. And you become a Priorty customer.
